What it asks of you

Your time and two accounts you already control.

  • A restricted Stripe key you create, and your own authenticated Resend sender
  • A person on your team to read and approve each message
  • A start in dry-run: approved messages are checked and recorded, and nothing is sent until you go live

If a paid plan is ever offered, it will be a separate offer. Whether one exists is not decided, so this page lists no prices.

What the Alpha includes

  • Recovery emails for failed Stripe payments, drafted for you to approve
  • Drafts built from the invoice’s own facts: the amount, the reason and the one step the customer needs to take
  • Recovery results reported honestly: email-driven, automatic-retry and unknown are kept separate, and a payment after an email is not claimed as caused by it
  • Pause everything, daily send limits and a history you can check

Not in the Alpha

  • WordPress publishing: later, and not available today
  • The wider marketing work, such as content, search, advertising, social and PR: later, and not available today
  • Marketing emails and broadcasts, ad spend and social posting
  • Plans, prices and billing

Nothing reaches your customers by surprise
Until your sending domain is verified and we approve your workspace to go live, approved emails run in practice mode.
Before any live send
We agree and write down with you who approves, which invoices are eligible, who already emails these customers, who is already suppressed, the daily send limits and who can stop it.
You can stop or revoke at any time
Pause everything in the web app, or revoke the Stripe key or your Resend key from your own accounts.
Your records come with you
An admin can export the workspace’s records at any time, or delete the workspace. The security page lists what is deleted and what is kept.

Is there anything to pay?

No. There is no charge in the Alpha, and we don’t ask for payment details.

Will there be a paid plan?

That is not decided. If one is ever offered, it will be a separate offer, and nothing on this page commits you to it.

How many companies are in the Alpha?

A small number, by invitation. Request one and we’ll write back about whether there is a place.

Can I use it for WordPress publishing or other marketing?

Not today. WordPress publishing and the wider marketing work are later, and are not available in the Alpha. The Alpha drafts failed-payment emails and nothing else.
